Returns & Exchanges
OUR RETURN POLICY IS 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ITEM SHIPPED
Unfortunately, if more than 21 days has passed, we are not able to process a return or exchange. All returned or exchanged goods must be unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Items not eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges include:
- clearance items
- digital downloads
TO REQUEST AND PROCESS A RETURN:
- Email email@example.com with your order number, contact name and list which items you are returning.
- The original shipping costs on an order is non-refundable and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Once the return is received and approved, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method.
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at design@booandrookcom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a store credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and was given to you later, we can either offer you a store credit or send a refund to the original payment method.
