Unless otherwise noted, products are made to order and will ship out within 2-3 weeks. Due to the production process, we cannot offer Rush services at this time; however, we do offer an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Packages are shipped via USPS priority unless otherwise noted or selected, and will take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive. Rates will be automatically calculated for you at checkout based on your service selection and location.
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We do plan to expand our shipping internationally as we grow, so please check back soon!
Unfortunately, if more than 21 days has passed, we are not able to process a return or exchange. All returned or exchanged goods must be unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at design@booandrookcom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a store credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and was given to you later, we can either offer you a store credit or send a refund to the original payment method.
